We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it to us. All returns will be for in store credit only. All Sale items are final.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will I receive my order?
Our processing time is 1 to 2 business days. After that items are shipped and should be delivered to you in 2 to 3 days. Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude all major holidays. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages.
Can I pickup my items?
Items are available for local pickup only at Merle Hay Mall. You can place your order online and we will have it ready within 2 hours typically.
